The property consists of the elegant, recently renovated villa and the large garden that surrounds it and which hosts a large swimming pool in which to relax in a context of absolute peace and tranquillity, as well as a portico that serves as an outdoor dining area thanks to the presence of a massive, handcrafted wooden table. There is also a heated indoor pool with hydromassage available in autumn, winter and spring (NOT available in summer).

Internally, the Villa is laid out on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large living room (of 100 square metres) with a large usable fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa area, as well as a complete bathroom serving the ground floor and, possibly, one of the bedrooms upstairs. On the upper floor there are the 6 double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding up to 4 single beds in total, upon request when booking, as well as 5 full bathrooms, 4 of which are en suite, and a second living room with fireplace that can be used as a study and reading area thanks to the presence of a desk and bookcase.

In the outdoor area, in addition to the swimming pool, there is a large private car park inside the property, where you can recharge your electric car thanks to the charging column.

The entire property is for the exclusive use of guests, you will be the only ones to fully enjoy Villa ai Caprioli during your stay.
